Speaker Binding Post Repair — Help!

Hi all,

Moved house last month, hifi survived the move, then had a house warming, and some twerp has knocked my speaker. The binding post has snapped off my Monitor Audio tower speaker. I've attached a picture. I see that you can buy replacement posts online, but I'd like some advice on:

a) how to access and remove the broken binding post stub (I tired unscrewing the four screws around the panel, but this didn't seem to loosen the panel).

b) If I'm lucky enough to get the thing off, which...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
