Newbie with Pioneer VSX-1131 NO Video Signal Problem!

Newbie David here. I bought a new Pioneer A/V VSX-1131 on Feb 7, 2019 from Newegg website. Paid about $230.00 for it (I thought it was a good deal). I've never had a A/V receiver before. I didn't open the receiver box until I bought my 4K TV TCL ROKU last month. I have an NVIDIA Shield TV box that I play Videos thru a 256 GB flashdrive connected directly to the NVIDIA box. I have a new pair of Polk T50 Speakers that I like alot.
I was getting a audio video signal when I 1st set up...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
