Netflix TV App to amp does eaRC matter or should I send from Xbox ?

Hi having a nightmare deciding on a replacement for my 1080P Sony KDL37EX503 for a new 4K TV in the 40-43" range. I like movies and xbox but just cant fit a better larger (better)screen in so we are where we are ! Just got a niggle about sound !

I am down to the Panasonic GX800 (40") which I was waiting for (but in owners thread seems to have so many issues. and I can see earache with mrs) So I am also looking at the Samsung Q60R (43")as I prefer a VA panel as I tend to watch movie at...
