Arcam AVR850 or AV860

Can anybody give me a bit of help. I was thinking of buying an Arcam AVR850 + a P429 to support a 7.2.4 system but for just a little more money I could buy an Arcam AV860 + a Yamaha MX A5200. Is this likely to give better results. Any advice would be appreciated.
