Hello i was wondering i am going to make a new computer but how do you tell what ryzen cpu's are 1st or secound generation i look on the motherboards and they say secound gen. Thank you

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
