Connect Smartphone To Amp, Best Option, Bluetooth Or Cable

Hi guys

I just bought my daughter a budget set up so she can play records, a Pioneer A10 amp, Wharfdale 220 speakers, Audio Technica AT-LP60-USB turntable. I gave her a budget headphone to 2 rca cable so she can connect her phone to the amp via the headphone socket. Her phone is a Pixel 2XL and it has not got a headphone socket but she has to use a short adapter from the power socket, not ideal.

What would give us the best sound quality, should i but a high quality bluetooth adpater that...
