In a SkyQ contract but lost our jobs....what are my options ?

Well we have been with Sky for years (VIP member) and we have SkyQ Silver 2tb box and 3 mini's + Phone and broadband.
But we both lost our jobs a few weeks back, notified Sky who said they will leave our service as is for now.
But this afternoon I turned on my TV and the main Q box is now on a basic package (no pause, record etc) and totally nothing on any of the mini boxes, phone and broadband is still on for now. The phone I'm not bothered about as we hardly use it, but broadband is a must...
