Can't access service mode after cooling fan error! JS9000 Samsung TV

Please help!
I got this error "There's a problem with the cooling fan your TV will be turned off shortly to prevent overheating please contact Samsung support center listed below for more information"

Model: JS9000

It happens frequently and once i turn off the TV for 5 minutes and turn it on again there's no problem until the next time i open the TV!

I searched the forum for solutions but resetting the TV from normal menu didn't work! And the software version & networks info...
