Best TV for SD and DVD viewing

Hi I know it's probably been asked loads of times but I need a new TV (43" max) that will be good for watching mainly SD and DVD quality material with the occasional Blu Ray.
I know the TV manufacturers are pushing 4K and UHD but I (and I think a lot more besides) still watch DVD's and vintage TV on freeview channels like Talking Pictures, Dave, Drama etc. are there any TV's out there that will fit the bill ?

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
