Xbox One-X packaging looks worn out - should I buy?

Right - so I made a small downpayment to my guy who supplies me with gaming hardware, accessories, games, yada yada

I asked for the manufacturing date on the console and he sent me screen.

Now, the issue: the packaging looks worn out. The console is a March 2018 manufactured one and he says it's sealed and never used. He's charging me full price naturally, which I'll be paying in a few days to collect the console.

Should I be concerned? He said the consoles fly in directly from Dubai...
