What could have caused this damage to TV?

I have had two TVs develop the same fault (as pictured) within a week when using to play PS4.

The screens look as if they have been knocked, but they haven't. Just happend mid game.

The TV is only conected to a PS4, could it somehow be the cause, or could it be a power surge? Don't want to replace with a 3rd screen without knowing what has caused damage?

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
