The Prime Minister will be speaking to people from the Talkatora Stadium in Delhi through a video conference.

Several Union ministers will also attend the campaign at various locations.

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
