Muzzaffarpur Shelter Case: Charges framed against all 21 accused

Main charge includes criminal conspiracy to commit rape and penetrative sexual assault. 

Charges were framed under section 6, 5 and 3 of POCSO Act . Besides, charges were also framed under 376c (2) of IPC for punishment of sexual assault by person placed in charge of a shelter home. 

The trial will begin on April 3 with recording of prosecution evidence.
