video projector advice

Hi all, thanks all for al the advice on this great forum!
I am currently building a home cinema. It's on the budget side. I have an old xbox 360, and plan to project simple dvds (no blue ray). I have a room with no window at all, so great for light, with matte white walls all around. I am trying to find the projector that suits my needs.

My understanding is that I should go with about 2,000 lumens, not 3,000 as this would be too bright.

Here's my short list:

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
