Problem with H62BXL Cartridge

Hoping for some advice and help here. I own a Hp Envy 5540 I buy my inks from Stinky Ink which have been very good up to now but the last black cartage I have got does not work at all. If I print anything in black nothing comes out all I get is a blank page. I have tried 3 Black cartridges so far from Stinkyink which have been free of charge. The Colour ones are fine it is just the black one that is the trouble I have now ordered a HP cartage now hoping it will be OK. I have done what you...
