Upgrade NAD D 3020 to 7050 or buy a Q subwoofer for same $?

Hi,
I have a NAD D 3020 paired with Q Acoustics 3020 bookshelf speakers. The speakers are wall mounted and probably a little too high up on the wall. The result is okay, but it's not great. I would love more clarity, more warmth and also more bass power. As I am selling some much loved old equipment (Rega R3 speakers and an early '90s Rega Mira amp-- I loved this sound much more but my wife says 'no, no no' to footprint), I will have a few hundred dollars I feel comfortable investing in an...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
