richer sounds not giving a replacment ( severe vertical banding)

Hi guys,

Im new to this forum just need quick advice I bought a C8 oled from richer sounds, I can see severe vertical banding on 5% and 10% grey.
richer sounds are refusing a replacement according to them you don't see this in normal viewing conditions do I have a case ?? or this sort of bending is normal ??

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
