Panasonic TX-L32V10B

My Panasonic LCD TV has provided over 10 years of trouble free service.
However, when I connect a Satellite cable in order to get the FreeSAT service and attempt to tune, I find that the tuning menu under "setup" does not contain either of the following options:
1) freesat tuning menu.
2) othersat tuning menu.
Please advise how can this be rectified?
