Using a VPN

Was considering picking up a VPN on my PC but was wondering does anyone currently use one?

Not sure if there are any that are recommended or if they have any impact on gaming.
Anyone got experience of using them?

Is this build ok?

I would be really grateful if someone could just quickly check this build and give there opinion on it Gpu, power supply and ram I’m rolling over from current build, single 120mm fan is for replacing rear case fan, front case fans will be replaced by 280 rad.
