Sky HD box now slow to respond after update

Hi all....since the last sky HD update my remote /box is slow to respond...my remote seems fine on my parents box..

Bit of a Google seems to bring up that the last update has effected some boxes...a guy at work has the same thing on his .

I've tried a reset and rebuild but it hasn't cured it ...not keen to wipe the drive unless as I've a feeling it's not going to work...unless someone else has managed to do it.

Don't know if sky are going to do anything about it with another future...
