Maximising my current setup - suggestions

Hi all

I’ve been following the threads on the upcoming 4K JVC’s and also the price drop on the X7900. TBH it is the X7900 that interests me, but I can’t really afford the upgrade at present so have decided to try to make the most of my current setup.

I’m running BluRay into a JVC X500, the room is fully blacked out with black devour and I’m projecting onto a white wall, with the 16:9 screen area surrounded with a devour covered frame.

I ‘think’ I’m getting good pq and TBH I’ve always...
