Surgical Strike anniversary : Nation celebrates 'Parakram Parv'

Speaking to the media in Chennai, Raksha Mantri Nirmala Sitharaman said that there is nothing to feel ashamed of, while talking of surgical strikes.

The three-day long Parakram Parv is being celebrated across the nation with great enthusiasm.Day 2 of the Parakram Parv celebrations at India Gate saw a musical performance by Folk and Film Singer Sukhwinder Singh.

The event was attended by the Information and Broadcasting Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore and the top officials of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry.

The Information and Broadcasting Minister minister lauded the initiative and said that Prakram Parv being celebrated all across the country is an opportunity for the youth to connect with the Armed Forces.
