PM Modi inaugurates 'Conference on Academic Leadership on Education for Resurgence' in New Delhi

The aim of this conference is to further strengthen the education system in the country.

Prime Minister recalled the contributions of Swami Vivekananda to the field of education that continue to be a guiding principle till this date.

He added that with changing times, innovation has become an integral part of education.

It widens the ambit of education from all round development of an individual to making the youth agents of nation building.

The Prime Minister said his government has set up Atal Tinkering labs to encourage innovations and involve students in creating a New India.

On the occasion, Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said that students are playing a key role in Swachh Bharat Mission.
