How to control volume on monoblock power amps?

Hi,
Looking to buy a set of monoblocks. Most I've seen feature no pot or attenuator to control the volume level.
How is this achieved?
Note, the system I shall be adding them to features a stage which has no volume control on it either.

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
