Upgrade advice from a QNAP TS-410

I've been running a QNAP TS-410 for about 7/8 years now. 4x2TB drives running Raid5. Never had a problem. Been a great introduction into the world of NAS.
However, times have come to look into possible upgrades. Storage is needing to increase. Performance needing to increase as it seems to be getting sluggish.

Day to day uses:

Media. I have all my music stored as FLAC which i stream to my Hi Fi System. iTunes for my mobile music.
Since upgrading my TV to a LG 4K i'm better equipped to...
