New etailer advice needed

Well good morning to you all on here. I posted some years ago and did a poll about how much people would pay for certain items. Anyways many moons on three kids later I was forced to leave my current world of what I knew due to the third baby having complications so I set up and finally did what I wanted to do all these years.

Now I understand I'm late to parties and may have missed the boat but anyone here successfully ran an online shop? I'm half way to break even of my initial investment...
