Dual HDMI outputs into different inputs on same TV

I have just got a new TV.

The settings that I want to use for films / tv are different to those that i want to use for gaming. And changing the settings involves a lot of remote key presses, and going into two different menus. One menu to switch HDR+ off, and another to switch Game mode on.

Even with a Logitech Harmony remote, there is no way to automate this.

So, what if I use the second HDMI output on the AVR into a spare HDMI input on the TV, and have that input configured for game...
