Advice needed on flash drive

I was viewing files on a USB stick, then the laptop started acting up so I restarted, now when I insert the stick I'm getting this?

Why the fudge should I do that? Where is my access to the files?

I need all the data I was working on before, which is the point in having a storage device.

Does anyone know?

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
